As one of the Aboriginal Disability Support Services in the Sydney region, we attribute our great success to the lasting and mutually respectful customer relationships we’ve developed with our clients and partners. We believe that our Aboriginal people, families and communities deserve the highest level of cultural competent and culturally safe services, and we are committed to providing just that.

We Put You And The Mobs' Needs First
We’re committed to helping our customers every step of the way and providing useful services to take care of all their needs.
We provide services such as NDIS Support Coordination, Advocacy support when dealing with government and non-government agencies, individual and group cultural experiences, family history research support, Aboriginal cultural groups accommodating the needs of people with disabilities (dance, art, song, language etc), local history, day outings, on-country visits, lawn & garden maintenance, shopping support and much more.

We support our clients through understanding the world of NDIS and coordinating culturally appropriate and safe service provision to our Aboriginal clients. You can trust us to provide with you with the highest level of support & understanding.
Aboriginal Culture & Country Experience
Frequently requested by most of our customers & partners; this service has been essential to our clients personal journey of exploring their own Aboriginal identity and culture. When it comes to all of our services, you can count on us to take care of your every need. We are proud of our cultural connections and ancestral lineage and want to share that with our clients and their families. Let us know how we can assist you today.
After hours culturally safe support line
This is one of our most integral services available. It’s made a big difference for many of our clients, and is provided with the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, support and proficiency. With qualified and experienced staff equipped to handle your call.  Whenever you need some extra support at a time of need, Koala Hub Disability Services can be just a listening ear and/or if you need it; we can also make referrals to other Aboriginal support services that can help you further.
Domestic Cleaning & Yard Maintenance
We provide in-home cleaning, whether one off or on a regular basis, spring cleaning, outdoor clean up, lawn and garden maintenance, small removalist jobs and other domestic support as required. This service takes a load off our client and their families and allows them more opportunity to participate in the community while their home is being maintained. We ensure attention to detail and utilise hospital-grade cleaning equipment to provide our client with a clean and infection-free home.
Shopping Support &Â Deliveries
Having help on hand from a member of our staff can take the load of grocery shopping off your chores list. We can take either take you to the supermarket or shopping centre, and push your trolley so you are free to browse, we can collect your full shopping list on your behalf or we can make an online order for delivery to your address and once there we can help unpack the groceries and put them away. If you prefer, we can do the shopping for you or arrange portable internet access so you can shop online at your own pace, stress free.
Yarning Circles
Koala Hub Disability Services in conjunction with other local Aboriginal stakeholders; are offering a culturally safe space for our Aboriginal clients, carers and families to connect, yarn, share stories and experiences with us and each other. We provide this service free of charge to all people who want to connect with us and other Aboriginal services. Please contact us for more information.
